How quickly the week has gone. It’s a beautiful evening but cold and the sun is low in the sky but shining in the kitchen window too bright for me to wash up. I’ve been in Carmarthen again to visit the dental hygienist. My teeth are better but still not quite up to standard, one more visit. Helen came to meet me and we went to Wilkinsons for coffee and for me to buy small presents for Felipe the boy I sponsor in Bolivia. He is 10 in July and it is diffiocul;t to find things that are small enough to fit in an A5 and which he might like. I bought a geometry set, pens and post its. Sometimes the postage costs more than the present. They have a completely different life style there and are very poor.
The food in Wilkinsons is not good, their scones were ore like rock cakes, coffee was nice. We’re going to Swansea theatre in July.
