Blue sky, fluffy clouds, sunshine. I just hope there isn’t the cold north wind we’ve had lately that brings the temperture down.
It’s shearing time tomorrow, only five here, Ieuan’s busy with his haylage so it looks like John will be on his own. His sheep are large and heavy so it is har work. Tim will have to help more instead of just shearing.
There are lots of flies about so it will be good to get sheep sheared.
John is fascinated by the shopping channel that sells jewellery. They have rings etc that start at £695 and end up at £99. It’s like a reverse auction ! A lot of it is very modern. He bought me a necklace and ear ring set in a local boutique, run by Debbie, in the old market hall, it is in red stones and very pretty, made by Debbie’s sister in Cilgerran.
Holly has been here 2 years yesterday. She had a good brush which she sort of likes, and clean blankets on her bed. John thought she had a flea the other night but I couldn’t see any.
I think she’s mostly very happy. Still only 99.5% house trained.
